All sales are final. Oasiis does not offer cash refunds or exchanges.

If you wish to return an item, store credit will be issued under the following conditions:

• Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Item must be in original condition — unused, unassembled, and free of damage or defects
• Items that are broken, defective upon arrival, or damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
• Oasiis reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and applies to future purchases at oasiis.com.
